Minelab Legal Information

Minelab is an invite-only internal content production, YouTube analytics, and finance dashboard for authorized YouTube content teams.

Public legal pages are available without login: Privacy Policy, Static Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Static Terms of Service, and Contact.

Google API data is used only after explicit OAuth authorization. Minelab requests Google profile data for authentication and YouTube API data for internal channel analytics.

• youtube.readonly: used to retrieve connected YouTube channel metadata, video lists, titles, thumbnails, and publish dates.
• yt-analytics.readonly: used to retrieve YouTube Analytics reports including views, average watch duration, average view percentage, and audience retention.
• yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: used to retrieve estimated revenue reports for connected YouTube channels so authorized finance users can review daily and monthly channel revenue.

Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the app or comply with law. Minelab follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
