minelab.app is a private, internal tool used by our content production team for automating Minecraft video script generation and accessing YouTube channel analytics. Access is restricted to authorized team members only.
2. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we collect:
Google account information: name, email address, and profile photo — used for authentication and user identification within the app.
YouTube channel data (when explicitly connected by an administrator): channel name, thumbnail, video metadata, analytics reports, estimated revenue reports, and OAuth tokens — used to retrieve analytics and revenue data from the YouTube API.
3. Google API Services — Use of Data
minelab.app uses the following Google API scopes:
youtube.readonly — to retrieve the list of videos from connected YouTube channels.
yt-analytics.readonly — to retrieve audience retention curves, view counts, and average watch time metrics for individual videos.
yt-analytics-monetary.readonly — to retrieve estimated revenue reports for connected YouTube channels so authorized finance users can review daily and monthly channel revenue.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this policy (authentication, displaying analytics to authorized team members, and displaying estimated revenue to authorized finance users).
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve the app, or as required by law.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on a secured private server. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted database and are used solely to communicate with Google APIs on your behalf. We use HTTPS for all communications.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained while you are an active team member. YouTube OAuth tokens are stored as long as the channel is connected. When a channel is disconnected, associated tokens are permanently deleted.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Analytics data retrieved from YouTube is only visible to team members who have been explicitly granted access by an administrator.
7. Your Rights
You can:
Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting an administrator.
